Leadership position in which I managed a staff of eight
employees. Responsible for management of the Native
American Longhouse, creating an welcoming environment for
students, staff, and the general public, and conveying
information about the longhouse, OSU, and the Native American
community in general. Responsible for processing purchase
requests, reservations for the facility, scheduling employees,
tracking employee hours, maintaining supplies and equipment, as
well as planning and putting on events within the longhouse.

Conducted research project in campus Writing Center on how
greeting styles affect satisfaction levels of the tutoring
session. I enter acted with students by introducing myself and
the research project, maintained survey records, created

Performed all basic secretarial duties including answering phone
and routing calls, typing reports and correspondence, filing and
sorting mail. I also assisted the bookkeeper with

Developed and executed plan to convert manual accounting
